Use Brightboy wheels for superior cleaning and polishing. Made from natural rubber with grade pumice evenly distributed to assure consistent results. The light abrasive action produces a smooth finish on soft metals. Style WR999 has a tapered edge, 5/8" diameter with a 1/16" arbor hole. Use with a maximum speed of 25,000 rpm with an overhang (exposed mandrel length) of 1/2" or less. Best work results are usually obtained at 30% to 80% of the maximum safe speed. Use a light work pressure. Available in two grits; blue is standard, white colored wheels are slightly more aggressive.
